Because the heart wants what the heart wantsbut why do you think it is ok
Jesus said nothing of homosexualityIf you are a monitor on here than I will take it down, just let me know.
In Leviticus it says that to lay with another man is an abomination in God'd eyes.
I was not trying to force religion into this. I just wanted to know why people thought it was ok to be homosexual.
If love=eternal torment on a religion some people don't believe in, then I think I'd go with love.Actually, depending on what you believe in, it does matter.
But what if because of the choices you made, again depending on what you believe, sent you to hell to burn for all eternity.
The values of christianity and religion in general are very broad. The whole concept of America goes against referring to a bible before you make a law. What makes America so great is the fact that you can be whoever you want to be, or worship a banana if it makes you happy. No country as a whole believes in god. You seem to be missing the part where America was made with an emphasis on the separation of the church and state.Right, but now here is a question for you. America was created based on Christian values therefore regardless of what others say or think it is a country that believes in GOD. The Christian faith, my faith, believes that homosexuality is wrong. So from when, from the beginning of this country to right now, did we succumb to other people's beliefs and try to change the law to fit everyone's needs.
How does it not make sense to you? if you don't get it don't post lol. Your wrong, our opinions decide how the world will come to be in the future. America has changed not just by homosexuality, but by religion, and other things. The way you think will show toward others and will affect them whether for better or for worse.why do you care who someone is attracted to? This topic makes no sense to me, people discuss it as if it's a disease one could catch.
if you're gay, be gay
if you're straight, be straight.
if you want to know about the others lifestyle, ask them personally. Our opinions do not matter, as they shouldn't change yours.
I agreeI think girls should only have intercourse with boys
Your half right. He does love you no matter what. However, Our God is a jealous God. What you just declared is like what Adam and Eve declared. It is what Satan tempted them to do that caused them to leave the Garden of Eden. You say your willing to go to hell for what you believe in, are you really prepared to burn for all of eternity, for every second, every hour, for every day forever? As much i love jesus and god and thankful for them
They gave me life and i should be able to live it like i want.
If i wanted to be with a man or woman, why cant i be?
Atleast im not going around killing people or preaching satanism.
And if i had to go to hell for being who i am then there be it.
Im pretty sure god doesnt go damning people to hell for being gay.
He still loves you no matter what.
It all just depends on what you believe inI think it's okay because love is love, no matter who it's shared between. I can't tell a man who or how he should love.
Yes, i am who i am. And godcreated me so he out of all people should understand me.How does it not make sense to you? if you don't get it don't post lol. Your wrong, our opinions decide how the world will come to be in the future. America has changed not just by homosexuality, but by religion, and other things. I agree

Are you sure? Jesus is God's son, what God says "the creator of everything" is law. God had already stated that homosexuality was an abomination. For you to look at Jesus not saying anything about it shows that your just trying to cover up and try to scrape by into heaven and hope to get lucky. there are no shortcuts for the path to heaven is straight and narrow.Jesus said nothing of homosexuality
I don't remember saying I wanted to give them hell on earth. Anyway, I'm not trying to change anyone's opinion. I just wanted to know simple facts. If love=eternal torment on a religion some people don't believe in, then I think I'd go with love.
I am 100% for equality. I don't like religion imposing on happiness and equality. That's wrong. I just wish everyone could not impose their beliefs on somethings. We all agree killing is wrong, but putting same *** attraction/love in the same leauge as killing is just wrong.
I know I was all over in my post, but anyways, I'm for equality. I see nothing wrong with homosexuality. Honestly, I don't even like classifying things as straight or bi or whatever. It's just loving someone and wanting to spend your life with him/her. It's simple and doesn't affect the life of someone who's so offended at that idea, the idea of happiness. Two females or makes having intercourse or getting married doesn't affect your (random example) life at all. Why try to deny them happiness? That's what I don't get it. Like Tosh said, God is waiting at the pearly gates in heaven to prevent them entering heaven, if that's your belief. Why make it hell on earth if they'll end there anyways? That's not cool.
That's all I have to say.
Yes, you are right, he does know you. So why test him. When you say that he understands you it simply means that your in denial. Your trying to scrape by and hopefully God will bypass the fact that someone is gay when he clearly calls someone an abomination. Just because God created you does not mean that he will let you into heaven.Yes, i am who i am. And godcreated me so he out of all people should understand me.
You made a thread a minute ago whether or not hinata lost her virginity. For you to even say that just means that there is no hope for you to even understand my point. I hope you find peace in what you believe in and may God have mercy on your soul.A hole is hole..i dont really care if its an anus or a vagina
How are you going to completely ignore my post -__-Are you sure? Jesus is God's son, what God says "the creator of everything" is law. God had already stated that homosexuality was an abomination. sorry, I had to post for them first so I could think clearly to answer yoursHow are you going to completely ignore my post -__-
Well, that was very irrelevant to the topic at hand. No rule is being broken by allowing gays to have the same basic human rights that all others receive. Nor do i think that allowing them those rights would cause harm in any way to the structure of our country. Thats illogical.sorry, I had to post for them first so I could think clearly to answer yourslol
yes, we separated from the church in England because we the quakers didn't believe in the way they did things. We wanted to get rid of taxes from King George and so we set sail to America. After many years of battle, we declared our independence from England and created a constitution with certain laws and rules. Here's a thing that may ring a bell or two for some of you too " those that break the rules are scum". If we were to be completely free without rules than we as a nation would fall. The more leniency we give to others the closer we get as a nation to literally collapsing. We are already 3 times more in debt because of the last 4 years of presidency. Now we have another for and I pray that somehow we deal with it or at least keep it from rising any more. I hope this answers a question or two for you, and if I missed a question could you repost it for melol
You didn't. I was covering all basis and saying how it's wrong to force beliefs when people say homosexuality is wrong. I was basiclly giving an opinion on something else and what I think is wrong. It's confusing.I don't remember saying I wanted to give them hell on earth. Anyway, I'm not trying to change anyone's opinion. I just wanted to know simple facts.
.
Because America was created based on Christian faith, to even allow homosexuality is wrong. The rule that God made is being broken, but yes all men should be given basic human rights and no I don't think allowing them basic rights is wrong, but that does not mean that I agree with their choice. For that, is illogical.Well, that was very irrelevant to the topic at hand. No rule is being broken by allowing gays to have the same basic human rights that all others receive. Exactly. Acting out on thought does hurt or help others depending on the circumstance. Yes, I am right to my opinion just like you are. The way we act effects everyone around us which intern affects how we live. If people who are gay are around people who are straight than kids who grow up with the gay person will intern think that being gay is ok. You cannot say you disagree with my opinion when you do not even know my opinion. Now let me clarify, I do not think that just because someone is gay they should not be treated like an outcast, in fact, I believe that they should be treated the opposite. You didn't. I was covering all basis and saying how it's wrong to force beliefs when people say homosexuality is wrong. I was basiclly giving an opinion on something else and what I think is wrong. It's confusing.
Anyways, I really don't know what to say. I disagree with you and really can't respect your opinion, but you're free to think what you want. Thinking something doesn't hurt anybody. Acting does. Forcing beliefs on people is wrong. I'm not saying you are, I'm just giving an example since this entire thread is about right and wrong.
What you still arent getting is that legislators of America shouldnt give two shits about the bible when taking laws into consideration. That is what the entire concept of America is based on. Youre really going to make laws that limit the rights and happiness of a select group of people because a multi-thousand year old book of fairy tales says so? In what way is that fair?Because America was created based on Christian faith, to even allow homosexuality is wrong. The rule that God made is being broken, but yes all men should be given basic human rights and no I don't think allowing them basic rights is wrong, but that does not mean that I agree with their choice. Thank you for proving my point, mostly, it is a multi-thousand year old book because it was written by the followers of Jesus Christ, son of God. God created rules that all of man should follow for that would lead them into the kingdom of heaven. You honestly think that you were born to only serve yourself. That is selfish. The Good Book is a way to peace and happiness. The laws in the past were based on how the founding fathers believed. Their faith influenced the way they made the constitution which consequently made us the most powerful nation in the world. Now, as time passes and we give in slowly piece by piece because people claim that isn't fair, we have now lost that title as the greatest. Rules are made to keep balance, to keep peace within a society. When one breaks the rules or rebels against them, they weaken and soon will be lifted because now we as a nation have forgotten where we come from and what brought us to where we are today. What you still arent getting is that legislators of America shouldnt give two shits about the bible when taking laws into consideration. So, seems we disagree with the "gay is okay" part, but other than that, we're good. I can live with that.Because America was created based on Christian faith, to even allow homosexuality is wrong. Me tooSo, seems we disagree with the "gay is okay" part, but other than that, we're good. I can live with that.
This got taken in a direction it wasnt meant to go in. Im not going to argue the existence of your oh so might god with you right now. It has never changed anyones mind before, and youre entitled to your own beliefs. That being said, i dont believe in a god, and thus every argument you make concerning the bible falls upon deaf ears. And thats what you arent getting. America isnt all christians. There are obviously various amounts of religions as well as a large number of atheists such as myself. With that in mind, there is no real justification the government can make concerning that because if there only reasoning for a law like that is because the bible said its wrong, you have their very credibility at stake. Its beyond hypocritical.Thank you for proving my point, mostly, it is a multi-thousand year old book because it was written by the followers of Jesus Christ, son of God.
