Can Holy Madara(Holy Tree absorbed) destroy or split the moon that was featured in Naruto: The Last? He can use any technique available to him.

It doesn't matter if the moon is less dense than the earth. Its surface area is about 3 million square miles less than the continent of Asia (14 million miles to 17 million), and its diameter is at least 2/3ds of the width of North America. Cutting the moon in half is comparable to bisecting a continent. Madara certainly hasn't demonstrated such destructive powers even with CT, nor is he implied to have that level of destruction.

I would say that if he kept slashing the moon for weeks at best he would be able to replicate the feat. Maybe coating his PS swords with Gudoudamas would greatly augment their cutting capabilities. But he isn't cutting that in half with a slash, not when Sasuke's PS's best feat is slashing meteors, and his PS isn't much stronger without additional enhancements.

I wouldn't underestimate him though, he also called his CT meteors raindrops.... Which means he can do way more. Also cutting something is way easier than destroying it. Maybe he could use the sword of Nubokono which was used to shape the world...
