I dunno. Given how dramatically the scene changed, I think she might have teleported them. She didn't want to damage the area, so it makes no sense to totally turn it into a giant volcano.

That was my suspicion as well. It looked completely different, or she somehow managed to use about 4 different jutsu's at once.
