I find it extremely odd ... enlightenment is happening or it's coincidence ?
I've noticed that around December a lot of NB kids started to get all interested in philosophical and new age topics xd
Which is a good thing obviously. Reasoning, universal love and consciousness raising is happenin~ lulz.

nice find. There was a great exanple a philosopher used. It started out with these people in a cave. They were always faced towards a wall, and on this wall they would see shadows. They would play games with the shadows, and the shadows were all they ever knew. Further back, the shadows were made by a fire, and by people walking past the fire in the path. These people only knew of the cave, and the path, Then further out, outside the cave would be a city, and a sun. And it continues so forth. Well to a person who has grown up in the shadows, would have no idea how to explain or describe what they are seeing, if they are taken to the path. They would be unable to describe what they had seen in the path, to the people who know only the shadows. And the people who know only the shadows would likely not believe the person. But if the person were to go even further out, and go outside the path, outside the cave, and where they see color, none of the people on the wall would believe them. The person would not be able to describe what they saw in ways the shadow people understand.

My teacher told the story better than i have.

But thanks for shareing. I enjoy deep thoughts like this. ( for instance, i once pondered if we were all part of Gods dream(as i believe in God) and he is just takeing a nap after work. And then if he is a part of his Gods dream and so forth. Simply we have no possible way to prove we are not just a part of a dream of a dream of a dream.

(i try to ponder literally everything. For instance once i had a discussion with my dad about how the reason we never find any remains of bigfoot, is because they are actually a more advanced society, in which they have cloaking technology, and invisible homes etc. That they have an anti camera device, that makes them blurry in pictures. Do i believe this? Not really, but i ponder the what ifs to everything i can.

(my latest pondering is how to live a truly happy, and non limited life(aka everybody does a same routine every single year. They go to work to get paid to the buy stuff to survive, and then go home. They may go on adventures, and other stuff but they still wind up in the same circle of life. I am trying to see if i can think of a possible way to live life in a way that it enver the same, and the only real constant would be reality(or the perceived reality), and ageing. You could say go travel the world and never go to the same place again. But then traveling would be a constant.. etc

Let me share the results to a problem, that i have long thought of with my religion(catholism) That is only those who believe in christ are saved(ie go to heaven). And the rest, even if they believed in other religions, no matter how saintly they are go to hell.

The first thing i established was the truth. The people who say the good people who lived good lives but didnt believe in God, have a chance of not going to hell. I proved this by useing the other logic. For one, I dont recall the bible actually condemming people who dont believe in God, but just them being unable to enter heaven. Second, what happens to all those biblical jews and prophets, who believed in God but not Jesus. They were waiting at the gate, unable to enter heaven till jesus let them. But they had never grown up knowing of Jesus dieng for our sins. 3rd, what about all those people who just never even heard of God or Jesus. That lived before Christianity and judaism was wide spread. Would a all loveing God really condemn all those people?

I asked priests, if they knew what happened to them, and they truly did not know(as noone knows)

So in the end the best answer i came up with that did not have any plot holes, was that ultimately, it doesnt matter what is written down, or taught. God is able to let anyone into paradise, that he wants to. The second thing is that since if God is all loving, would a selfless person, who did not believe in God truly be allowed to suffer for eternity? My answer is that the people who were not good enough to go to heaven, dont, and the ones who are not bad enough to go to hell, dont. The people left, then go to purgitory(the inbetween) and become either more pure, or more impure. And then they become condemmed.

All of the above is only a theoryWe cannot prove or disprove. IT is only based off the assumptions that all that is written about God is still true.(or that all that is written, is inspired by God directly, instead of someone like me just makeing thoerys and guess'

either way have a great day
