If you're saying "Holla" in spanish form, they it's pronounced "Hoy-ah". If you're saying it in English, it's pronounced "Hah-luh". Holla (Hah-luh) means Hi, but since it isn't a spanish word it makes no sense next to the word "amigos". Holla (Hoy-ah) makes absolutely no sense next to amigos, unless you were trying to get our attention for something important in which case you shouldn't use "amigo" next to.
