The common theme around here for naruto fans is during vote 2 he was holding back im here to completely disprove that now i know this is a naruto forum but im sure many of you have seen dragonball super or the new frieza film in this fight goku begins that battle by holding back his full power (not transforming) till the middle /end of the fight before frieza powers up goku is clearlyyy superior and him not being at full power but DOMINATING tells us base goku is supierior to fourth form frieza

Naruto and sasukes battle is nothing like this sasuke completely dominates and tosses naruto around naruto enters his strongest mode to block one of sasukes most basic techniques fireball jutsu naruto was shooting bijuu damas left and right and they were senjutsu enhanced naruto wasnt trying to kill sasuke but threw the biggest rasenshurikens he ever made at him? A bijuu dama alone is a village busting attack theirs no denying this naruto cant be holding back and still be using his strongest techniques it doesn't wrk like that

How else would Naruto counter a PS lightning arrow powered by 8.5 bijuu? Naruto had to use power to survive, thats all. Now ask yourself if Naruto were serious, how could sasuke survive if Naruto used that move at the start.

Naruto wasn't holding back, he was playing the defensive for as long as he could. Because they're relatively equal, Naruto could afford to take a defensive stance - but not indefinitely... once Sasuke used the Bijuu chakras, he created a gap between them. Not big enough to dominate Naruto but enough to literally force him to go with intent to kill, so he doesn't get left behind.

To bold...yes there is

1-If you can sense the power in an attack and measure the amount needed to stalemate/cancel said attack. Then you can hold back.

2-could he block Indra's arrow/Susanoo arrows with base Rasengan?

3-Dbz comparison was pointless...it is possible to enter one's strongest form and yet still hold back

also when did Naruto ever shoot anything at Sasuke...didn't he only aim at Sasuke's attacks?:bdpf:
