what Sanguis meant was that the humans have chakra because their ancestor ate the devil fruit........i mean the sage was born with chakra because his mother ate the devil fruit.....and same goes for other human in the present time.
But it isnt possible for a human to give birth to a toad so how does they possess chakra.....??
