Can anyone explain how obito released the shinju then the tailed beasts got extracted but the shinju was still there which was the ten tails final form then madara revived the ten tails to become its jinchuriki but the shinju was still standing there when the shinju is supposed to be the ten tails

Kaguya was also part of the Juubi...her body might be involved somehow.

I'm pretty sure the Shinju was the part of the juubi that was Kaguya's mind. When it was removed, the gedo mazo and juubi became much less active. (Not screaming when bijuu are sealed, Not resisting Madara, Ect) PLus, it was the part that spoke to Madara, and said "It's time to become One!"

Kaguya and the Juubi were probably separated at that point, but I am not really sure and I don't think Kishi is going to clear these things for us xD
