Ok so i was reading some threads about whos the strongest hokage blah blah blah, and got really anoyyed about who is the strongest.
First im gonna talk a bout about all five apart from tsunade cause shes would lose instantely.
First is Hashirama who was stong enough to beat madara with the 9tails able to control all the tailed beast, use wood, water and earth element techniques he was also able to cast a jutsu (Bringer-of-Darkness) where you are unable to see which even the 3rd couldnt break who is know as the professor because of his vast amount of knowledge.
Second is tobirama who is the best at water element techniques able to use large amounts with little or no water, he is also created edo tensi(frgt hot to spell that, but not perfected it). He is also able to use space-time jutsu although we have no idea to what extent, can detect the amount of enemies nearby by thouching the floor.
The Hiruzen sarutobi known as the professor with a vast amount of knowledge about techinques and their weaknesses and very smart. Undoubtedly very stong as in his old age he could stand up to orochimaru + 1st and 2nd and is revereed as the stronges hokage in the manga.
The 4th;Minato is know as the yellow flash able to use space time jutsu, soldiers in the ninja world war to flee on sight of him, able to fight whole platoons by himself, faster than the fourth raikage, created the rasengan trained on the frog mountain(myoboko) for unkown reasons (sage possible but not likely)created the rasengan which is larger than everyone elses.
Ranking: Hashirma 1st/2nd}
Minato 1st/2nd}
Hiruzen 3rd
Tobirama 4th
strongest= Hashirama Hashirama and Minato are interchangable because minato would win in a fight between the two but not able to defeat other people like Muu or madara but hashirama could.
minato would defeat hashirama in a fight because he would not get touched due to space time and body flicker but would be unable to defeat madara
Tobirama is very stong but because he would not use edo tensi because he forbade it, we do not know the extent of his space time ninjutsu and himself also so unfortunately his is 4th strongest.
Hiruzen is undoubtedly very stong but would be likely to lose to Hashirama
although he can use fire element it is not as great as madaras so if madara coudnt defeat him hiruzen cannot.
Minato is very very strong to not addmit that is stupid the fastest ninja, uses body flicker(shunshin no jutsu) at the fastest and flying thunder god technique. He also died when he was very young the youngest hokage ever so if he had lived he would have been way stronger if not the strongest.
Hashirama was unbelivably strong but would be likely to lose to minato.
Conclusion: VERY VERY hard to choose who is the strongest but it would have to be Hashirama or Minato because hashirama would be able to stand up against so many other people like Muu and madara and could fight the tailed beasts while minato would be unable to do so. Although he would lose to minato, minato would not be able to defeat Muu or madara, Muu the best sensor would know where minato is instantely and madara has the mangekyo so he could see his movements.
So basically its a draw between the two. minato would win in a fight but unable to do the feats Hashirama has done.
