Gai goes 8 gates/naruto goes BM/KM and both go solo for a how ever long they can last. The rest jump in afterwards to finish up.

I have to go with the rest of Konoha. Too many shinobi plus very skilled ones. Naruto, Kakashi, Guy, Shikamaru and his father, Neji and his clan are all problems. Then you have the sheer number of clans, potentially hundreds, come on!

Only way I see the hokages winning, is if Tobirama can use edo tensei to increase thier numbers.
