What are the strengths of all the Hokages, such as special abilities and techniques and what their weaknesses were.:shrug:
In your opinion how were each of them classified as "Hokages", and who out of Hashirama, Tobirama, Hiruzen, Minato, and Tsunade fullfilled the role the best.

Totally FORGOT about Danzo sorry! Hes not on the poll but if you think him lol then go on.

I think tsunade was the best hokage. Not in terms of fighting capabilities, but in terms of saving the villagers from utter destruction. She saved countless lives in the village even though it was entirely destroyed.

Hashirama was the strongest hokage but as to who fulfilled their role as hokage best would have to be either Minato or Hiruzen, they both saved the leaf from destruction, more so Minato as Tobi is more dangerous than Orochimaru.

Too bad Nagato revived countless lives she DIDN'T save.

Tobirama was the only one who didn't have some type of assault on the village (that we know of).

Good point with Tobirama too. i do remember in a chapter were Tobirama Hiruzen and Danzo were in some battle (idk if the leaf was getting attacked) and thats when Hiruzen became hokage.

Its between minato and hiruzen. Personally, I'd have to say minato as much as I think he is overhyped. He teleported 2 TBB that even though weren't aimed at the village, would of caused destruction too it due to the fact that its a poweful radius. Also he saved the refuge place for the villagers if you remember in orochimaru's invasion the villagers fled into the hokage monuments, and that is where the kyuubi was aiming his first TBB at. So as a hiruzen fanboy I do agree minato did the most for the village in terms of protecting the village and people.

Its between minato and hiruzen. Personally, I'd have to say minato as much as I think he is overhyped. Hokage roles:

Hashirama : fullfilled the Role complete without a doubt and left big footsteps to complete
Tobirama : Did a great job and was a very great hokage, filled in footsteps 100%
Sarutobi : had 3 flaws during his reign: Danzo, Oro, And UChiha massacre filled in footsteps 75%
Minato : did great for w.e time he has a Hokage 100% (short life as a hokage did all he could)
Tsunade : same as Tobirama and minato. 95% (still incomplete when she is done being hokage she will be 100%)


Power wise :

1) Hashirama

2) Tobirama/ Sarutobi

3) Minato (does not have a big arsenal, his FTG doesn't make him stronger then Tobirama)

5) Tsunade (shes not a direct fighter)


Powers are only based on their jutsus..as in which one has a better fighting jutsus.
