The major difference between Hiruzen and the others having Elements is that Hiruzen mastered them to a high level while other who have some Elements but never showed them in the Manga most likely have Genin level releases of them.

I take it we can finally agree that what Tsunade used on Kabuto in Part 1 (before most elemental affinities were explained) was a Lightning Release technique (listed as A-rank in the second databook) since she has Lightning Release listed and it was literally her turning chakra into electrical charges. So there's one ninjutsu that shows high level mastery with a release. Confused at why she doesn't have Yin Release with her seal though.
Also, may someone be so kind to explain what those little boxes at the bottom of the affinities chart mean? As far as I could tell one of those boxes indicates whether someone has senjutsu but the other meanings escape me.

No, he's the badass who saved his clan's honor as well as prevented a war and saved who he could. The Uchiha were confirmed to be annihilated if he didn't do it himself, anyway. Your point is so invalid, it's sickening.
@bold- Makes no sense, considering that no one in Konoha is attempting to kill other world leaders over something as simple and worthless as clan pride. His actions prevented a shinobi war.

Lawl, you realize Orochimaru left the village for over ten years, right? Lose the fanboyism for a second and think. In those ten years, Orochimaru could've expanded greatly, hell, Hiruzen didn't even know he possessed Fushi Tensei or even Edo Tensei, that alone proves my point. From what Anko REMEMBERS, she made that statement. She had no knowledge of what he was capable of at that point in time, and saying otherwise is ridiculous. Kakashi was frightened because of the killing intent that radiated from Orochimaru's mere presence. Ay hasn't fought everyone in the world, his statement only contributes to the people he fought, and the rest is opinionated.
Considering I like Orochimaru too I don't see where the fanboying is. Anko knew Orochimaru's standings still, he is a Kage level ninja who taught her everything she knows and she was going to try and take him down even with her death being the likely ending

. She doesn't know Minato's strength but know what she was told about him. They know Orochimaru wanted to learn many jutsus as he told Hiruzen this before leaving Konoha, they might not know what but they know that he is Kage level.
A was the Raikage, he have info on every ninja in his village since the Kage usually assign ninjas to teams for missions and have to know which ninjas go together. A was the leader of the alliance and they built the 5 platoons that need to have a balance of power amongst each of them so you can say A said that about Minato despite knowing all the ninjas stats. Jiraiya and Tsunade hype up Minato's skills and genius by either saying or agreeing that Minato is a genius that comes ones in a generation and how they haven't seen a genius like him since him. That's from 2 Sannins and it was Minato's jutsu that Hiruzen used to cause Orochimaru to retreat (they called it the 4th's jutsu) but Minato is better at the death Repear seal since he doesn't need to actually grab you.
Kakashi pretty much knew how strong Itachi was after Itachi being gone 6 years, saying Itachi haven't even started to fight and how the others should close their eyes like he knew what Itachi could do. Like both characters but many things point to Minato being seen stronger or at least able to take Orochimaru on. Even Minato was surprised at Orochinaru being able to undo the Death reaper seal which Orochimaru replied not to underestimate him. People usually overestimate Sannins yet Minato is underestimating one? He was trained by one and knew of Tsunade pretty well for Tsunade to know how both Minato and Kushina act and shown to know Ororchimaru on a pretty regular basis.
