You cannot train directly.

You need to first get above 50 posts, post in the Forum Games to get it :

Then you need to make a character biography by following the template here :

After your Biography is approved, you will need to request a Sensei who has Orange username for training. Or you can look at the application threads here :

Once you get a Sensei only then can you make a training thread and learn the Wind Element.
