Senario 1: Hokages cant use DRS and Madara's Gedo Statue only have 1-5 tailed beast.
Senario 2: Hokages can use DRS and Madara's Gedo Statue has 1-8 tailed beast.

Hashirama alone kills him with the Mokujin since Madara's strongest offensive jutsu in this state is V3 Susano'o. All of the Hokage together would one-shot him.

Limbo did nothing significant to the Biju, while doing nothing to Gaara but pushing him back slightly. This isn't even taking into account the fact that it has to return to Madara's body which means that it can't be spammed anywhere near the duration of the entire match.

It's not killing anyone here, just like it couldn't kill Sasuke and Madara himself personally had to do the deed.

Limbo can't restrain Hashirama since he can produce at least basic level Mokuton from his body without the need of seals, which would make it physically impossible for Limbo to hold him. This is ignoring the fact that Sage sensing counters it.

It can't restrain any Hiraishin users obviously. It can't restrain Tsunade due to the massive physical strength difference. Hiruzen doesn't really have any sort of countermeasure, though Emna can maybe do something in the event that it tries to restrain Hiruzen.

This Madara is tiers below Edo/Ems Madara as far as actual power is concerned.

Quite easy win, tobirama and minato teleports tsunades fist of fury killing madara

Madara wins. Though he does not carry his most powerful technique, Perfect Susano'o, he makes up for it with the Tailed Beasts. He releases and controls Isobu, Kokuou, Son Gokuu, and Matabi to respectively fight Tobirama, Hiruzen, Minato, and Tsunade while keeping Shukaku to aid himself against Hashirama. Hashirama will eventually get killed due to Limbo, as he can't acknowledge it and the shadow carries enough physical strength to break body parts with ease. Chances are that the Tailed Beasts haven't been defeated, in which case they can all be joined to fire off a Super Tailed Beast Bomb. Any attempts to teleport it are disrupted due to Limbo. At best Minato and Tobirama escape but no one else does. If it comes down to that the result is obvious.
