Hokage selection methods !!!!!

Hey guys, i have seen just some post now and suddenly remembered that all the hokages which were selected either because their predecessor were killed or they messed up, how so let me explain :-

1. Shodai :- Reason is obvious, no one was as competent as him.

2. Nidaime :- Haven't revealed yet or maybe i missed some chapters.

3. Sandaime :- Cuz 2nd was about to die and was pretty much sure that he won't survive and also it was his own final will.

4. Yondaime :- Cuz 3rd messed up and was kicked away from his post (Stating fact not bashing).

5. Sandaime again :- Cuz 4th died.

6. Godaime :- Cuz this time 3rd died.


Now my point is none of the hokages were selected by competition or polls, that's what i was wondering that it'll be like breaking the convention by making naruto hokage cuz neither the Lady Tsunade have died (and she won't) nor she messed up so far.

Now your thoughts please ?????

Presumably he become Hokage after Hashirama's death. Most likely he was the strongest and fastest shinobi of his era.

5 - is godaime ~ cos third and 4th died
6- is rokudaime ~ cos godaime either dies or retires

OT: i think naruto will be selected as rokudaime cos

1. he is the child of prophecy
2. he is one to the strongest of his era, only to be rivaled by sasuke.
3. has the trust of all the other 4 kages along with the 9 bijuus
4. known as a hero through out the NV.
5. Saved the whole alliance once from juubis tenpenchi

The First Hokage Hashirama Senju: Tobimaru convinced the Hashirama to form a government of democracy and select the Hokage. He was chosen by the people.

The Second Hokage Tobimaru Senju: He became Hokage after Hashirama.

The Third Hokage Hurizen Sarutobi: He was selected by Tobimaru. He was the first Hokage to retire and reclaim the tittle after the Fourth Hokage's passing.

The Fourth Hokage Minato Namikaze: He was selected by The Third Hokage Hurizen after the latter retired. Huizen was going to chose Orochimaru, but did not like his "behavior".

The Fifth Hokage Tsunade: After the passing of the Third Hokage Hurizen - her teacher - she was given the tittle Hokage. Jiraiya was chosen, but decline and offered Tsunade the position of sit.

The Sixth Hokage Candidate Danzou: Tsunade felled into a comma and Danzou used it to his advantage. However, he dead before becoming Hokage. He also did not have the Jounin votes which would vote him in as Hokage.

Tsunade is vastly inferior to current Naruto, so he'll become Hokage on those merits.

She would have to willingly give it. You can't just remove someone if they are still alive. She will pass it on on her own to someone if she is going to retire which i can see happening

Dude the numbering is just to maintain sequence, of course i know what is fifth and sixth in japanese, its just to maintain the sequence not that i've written 5 as sandaime which is 3rd and 6 as godaime which is 5th, you got it

She doesn't HAVE to give it up. She should be dead anyway. Nothing like correcting a mistake.

She does have to give it up for him to get it if she's not dead, there is no overthrowing of a kage. Should be? Then why is she here? Only reason she almost died is to save the other kage who were helpless and just plain embarrassing. She could have saved herself and left in 1 chapter if she didn't do that.

Where are you getting this "messed up" thing? Hiruzen wasn't kicked out of his position. He simply felt like retiring and gave it to Minato. Also, Hashirama was voted in. This was stated in his flashbacks. Hashirama wanted to make Madara the hokage, but Tobirama said that things had to be done democratically.

Hashi was, but they didn't really have much to chose
