I wasn't using prime Hiruzen for my list, just old Hiruzen that went against Oro. Both Kakashi & Tsunade should be able to take him comfortably.

Not arguing for Tsunade, but Hokage Kakashi isn't above Old Hiruzen. 3T Kakashi, a stronger version than Hokage Kakashi, was trembling before Orochimaru and admitted inferiority [

], while Hiruzen managed to arguably tie him and take care of Hashirama and Tobirama at the same time, albeit them being significantly weaker at that time. Hokage Kakashi would get shredded if he replaced Old Hiruzen in that fight.

Worst case scenario it's a tie via RDS, but it really wouldn't come to that.

Even going strictly by feats you give Hiruzen the win? I think it would be a pretty close fight (but what you said does make sense).

Yep, especially since Hokage Kakashi has zero notable feats. Even if I give him every feat he's performed with 3T but restrict the Sharingan's precognition, genjutsu and obviously Raikiri, he still loses.

Prime Hiruzen is at least a tier above Hokage Kakashi, old Hiruzen is simply stronger.

Kakashi improved both skill wise and stamina (has even more without sharingan) wise since his encounter with orochimaru (even without the Sharingan). He was 26 then, Hokage Kakashi 33/34. He's way more experienced and fought more almost everyone in the akatsuki. Not to mention he was out of shape then.

Hokage Kakashi wouldn't tremble upon seeing Oro after staring Juubi Jins and Kaguya in the face. I honestly don't know how a Kakashi from 8 years ago is even relevant. Feat wise he can fight against old Hiruzen just fine.

Still think sharinganless Kakashi is more than enough to take on Tsunade, he has the skills. Even against old Hiruzen, his only threat is Enma.

Honestly, the overestimation of Tsunade's durability is too much. She can still be decapitated or sliced in half. She may survive being cut in half, but it's not a problem finishing off the job while she's vulnerable. And she isn't surviving her head being cut off.

Please, look Madara vs Kages again and you'll know how ridiculous it sounds what you're saying. Kakashi with saringan using raikiri isn't the same as kakashi without sharingan using it.

Kakashi without sharingan can't use lightining cable because noy having sharingan creates a tunel vision for him, making him very vulnerable to counter atacks.

Lightining kunai? Since when tsunade can't dodge a kunai? If tsunade can manage not being decapitated by it then she tanks it easy.

Byakugo Tsunade > Hokage kakashi
