Member with the highest amount of posts is considered as a Hokage.
We won't go with Tsuchikage Mizukage... just 1 XD
This should be implemented into the RP section aswell, each village having a Hokage/Mizukage...

Each village does have a Kage in the RP Section. They are elected by the villagers of the village.

 

[Amaterasu]

There's already Kage.

Maybe Hermit, God or something :lol
