Hokage or Friendship

What do you think is more important to Naruto at this stage in his life, He has strived so hard to become the best shinobi he can be in order to obtain title of Hokage, however if he is planning to die in a battle with Sasuke he is basically forfeiting the title. I want to see him become hokage, after all that has been what the series is predicated on

IMO Sasuke is most important to him becoming so good. Even when they were on the same squad he always strived to be better than him and that pushes him more. To Naruto, the title of hokage is worthless if his best friend roams the world as a rogue ninja

If he had to choose between the Hokage title or getting his friend back, it's obvious which he would choose. Naruto values friendship above anything else and he's been striving to get Sasuke back for years. If he gets a chance to have him back, he'll throw away the Hokage title if needed. Of course it would hurt him to give up the title he worked for, but he would consider friendship more important than the Hokage title

That idiot Naruto would still choose their friendship. Remember what he said the first time they saw Sasuke again? "How can I become a Hokage if I couldn't even save one friend." Sasuke would've stabbed him if Sai didn't blocked the attack.
