They need to be in the game. We've got boruto and sarada, so cc2 can add them 2 as playable characters or at least as a costume dlc for naruto and sasuke the last.

CC2 said that Storm 4 will be the last Storm game, not last Naruto game.
This game doesn't have the story of Naruto Gaiden and Boruto the Movie, CC2 said.
Boruto and Sarada are only Pre-Order DLC Characters. Yeah, Hokage Naruto and Adult Sasuke need to be in.
