I fail to see how minato is the strongest kage? kages like Muu would give minato a run for his money imo.

As for who is currently the weakest kage most likely Mei but i can see her potentially defeating tsunade so its either between mei or tsunade.

Personally, I believe Tsunade, Ay, and Ohnoki are all around the same level. Then it goes to Gaara (who lacks experience), and then Mei. Because, Mei is mei.

If Hiruzen, the weakest Kage of the history, was considered to be stronger than the 3rd Raikage, Tsunade is easily the strongest Kage currently

While she may not win every fight (Ay would beat her, I'm sure), her ability to heal and aid the entire village during the Invasion of Pain leads me to believe that she is the most powerful.

She is by far the weakest of all hokages.if anyhing she can do is to heal the wounded.if you go by the facts,Tobirama and Hashi are still stronger than Tsunade,even if they are to heal the people of the village,they wouldnt go down like Tsunade(who went in to a coma) and would pretty much fight pein even after that.since we dont know abt hiruzen and minato,we cant say,but the 4 hokages are clearly atleast a league above Tsunade.

Every Hokage has been the strongest ninja at the time.

The thread is asking if Tsunade is the strongest of the Kages like all the previous Hokages have been not if she is the strongest Hokage.

Mū‎ > Tobirama (Mū‎ has better feats and hype.)

Ōnoki‎ > Hiruzen (Ōnoki‎ has better feats.)

Yagura > Minato (Yagura could transform into a full tailed beast & arguably win/stalemate.)

Ōnoki >Tsunade (Madara said as much.)

Hashirama's the only Hokage > Kages, because he's greater than everybody.
