He has several ways to defeat her; in CQC distance he blitzes and murks her, on mid distance he can fight Suiton with Suiton and then use Raiton to kill her, on a long distance he can avoid Yoton with ease and Futton with Doton underground, then use a clone to pierce Mei from underground; if Deva Path was nearly hit, Mei is clearly killed. With 5mt of starting distance, Kakashi just blitzes her.

Old Hiruzen's stamina is worthless. A couple of elemental ninjutsu + Kage Bunshin and Enma summoning would deplete it. Kakashi while being a non Uchiha can fight for hours with the Sharingan activated, using multiple times the Mangekyo Sharingan, and a lot of high chakra taxing jutsu in the mean time: without the Sharingan drain, Kakashi has tons more chakra than Hiruzen. Kakashi is also a lot faster and smarter. Hiruzen is going to eat a Raiton Kage Bunshin and then a Raikiri kunai rips his head in half. Or Enma is bisected with Raiden (that cut the V2 chakra, the same V2 chakra who could withstood Kusanagi sword that would cut Enma) and then Hiruzen is killed with Raikiri in CQC, not a dash needing the Sharingan
>Jiraiya
Kakashi is definitely faster and smarter than him. He knows about Sage Mode so he can win pressuring Jiraiya with his speed and Raiton attacks as Jiraiya isn't fast enough to dodge and doesn't have anything that can block them. Yomi Numa is negged with Raiton and Gamayu Endan is dodged by Doton underground. Boss summons poof away when Kakashi's clones cut their limbs off.
>Darui
Kakashi is faster and more skilled in taijutsu. He has far more and better elemental ninjutsu and his skill with bushinjutsu should be more than enough to trick Darui and land a fatal hit on him, if we account also Kakashi's intellect.
>Tsunade
He is a lot faster, smarter and more versatile than Tsunade. He makes her hit a Raiton Kage Bunshin and then bisect her with Raiden or cuts her head off with Raikiri, or even throwing a Raikiri kunai while she's paralyzed.
Kakashi without Sharingan and Mangekyo Sharingan will never be as strong as War Arc MS Kakashi, probably. Losing precognition and copying ability is such a trouble but can be circumvented, the genjutsu thing is really a dropout though, but losing Kamui is really a giant problem; it's probably the most haxxed jutsu in the Narutoverse. Just think: it doesn't matter how powerful it's your attack, there probably will be a defense strong enough to stop it... but Kamui says "**** this... I'll just warp that shit and you in a millisecond". Not even going on DMS Kakashi with all Kamui powers, Perfect Susanoo, Kamui Raikiri, Rikudo enhanced speed and chakra and so on.
if he has time to think on how work on his power loss, he can surely become stronger; not as before with Sharingan and Kamui hax, but very very strong. If Minato became that strong Kakashi can do it too, he can at the very least surpass Sakumo but with his own powers and not taking in account the Sharingan/Mangekyo Sharingan (not that those weren't his powers, as he had them and worked on them to perfect them; but they aren't "his own"), and by far too. After all, in the captions of the movie "The last" you can read:
