Well Raiton Clone lacks proper feats so i can't tell for sure. But i don't think it would result in complete paralysis, someone with endurance as much as Lee should be able to open gates considering his endurance allows him to even use so many gates. And if Kakashi makes a tactical retreat to the ground, Lee can always deactivate gates and look for him. He isn't the brightest shinobi but he isn't dumb like Part 1 Naruto.
I doubt lee would see through a raiton clone feint underground, he hurts his enemies by getting close to them which is a ideal requirement for a success with the raiton clone jutsu.
Well taju kage bunshin is quite tiresome as well. He wound't be able to use a jutsu like that too much, even though he has more chakra to use without sharingan. But he is smarter and has more experience so odds are on his favor but it could still go either way.
Kakashi is faster, too. He got more strength,better hand seals,more knowledge, better genjutsu, better ninjutsu and more chakra.
They are equal in taijutsu, but that isn't enough to beat Kakashi.
Sakura is quite agile, it has been shown in her Sasori fight. And she came a lot way since then. I don't think Kakashi can blitz her like that in one move. Like I said she won't underestimate Kakashi, she knows he is dangerous. She'll go all out to defeat him and after the seal and Katsuyu, Kakashi will tire himself before Sakura and lose.
She was controlled by chio most of the time in the sasori fight, kakashi can use clones to attack from several directions, so she won't be able to summon katsuyu or dodge the attacks , especially not beast runner which was about to blitz deva path in one panel, who kept up with 6 tailed Naruto in foot speed.
