Condition: Hokage Kakashi can use a stationary raikiri, but since he doesn't have the Sharingan, he can't do a running one.

Scenario 2: CS2 and Orochimaru's powers are unrestricted; Asuma fights with Kakashi.

Kakashi gets spanked in scenario 1 and Kakashi and Asuma get spanked in Scenario 2. Unless Kakashi developed something in between The Last and the end of the Manga pretty impressive, he's considerably weaker than he is as Hokage than he was during the War Arc or even at the beginning of Shippuden. Sasuke has the advantage in every close combat related aspect.

-Faster w/ better reflexes without the Curse Mark.
-Stronger when he uses the Curse Mark.
-Has Kenjutsu to remedy Kakashi being superior in hand to hand.

Giving him Asuma doesn't help, because the boosts CM2 gives along with Manda's presence makes Asuma's addition to Kakashi's side fruitless.
