Hokage : Hidden Agenda

Ever since the pact between the Senju and Uchiha clan were made, we have seen none from Uchiha had been appointed to be Hokage. The highest position that applied to any Uchiha is just a mere Police Superitendant, i.e head of Police Dept. Since beginning of Konoha reinstatement, the Hokage title has been implanted as "village protector", "peace keeper" and everything that associated to the village. And Uchiha clan, to thinks that they too have a balance in maintaining the order thru out the village, are obviously misguided and deceived. So, this is true the hidden agenda from the elders to make a very distinguish barrier between Uchiha and the position of Hokage, therefore as i said earlier, only an uchiha could alter this system (provided that they totally wanted to prove that they're powerful once again).
