Haha all jokes aside it will be Naruto unless they decide he is still too young (which wouldn't make a ton of sense considering Gaara), and in that case Kakashi takes over. And with Kakashi that's only guessing that Tsunade truly dies with this final healing (which I'm guessing she will).

Edit: forgot....after those two would be Shikamaru for intelligence, but he's more of an aid

put it frnakly it will be naruto kakashi and shikmaru and sakura will be the new sannin/advisers of naruto shikimaru taking his fathers role sakura taking tsunades role but lower scale.Kakashi same as tsunade.
