Part 2 Base Naruto needed SM/KCM/RM to use Shunshin no Jutsu.

Rikudou Mode Hokage Naruto's Shunshin no Jutsu is too OP (RM can increase Naruto's speed).

Except it was pure foot speed from those three modes and not concentrated high speed movement which "teleports" the user. The Kaguya Blitz is arguable Shunshin though.
