Yes....but once Madara took hold of his other eye....those that held half of The Rikudous power...they were shown to be very inferior.... I disagree with your outcome on if they had a confrontation, but it's how you feel. ^_^ Not absolute..... >_O

Though....as far as afraid OP. I'd have to say that The Rikudou was not. He held a purpose, but only to enlighten, illuminate, and bestow. Though I do believe Madara could best The Rikudou in a one against one. Maybe....I can't really say though.... The Rikudou is far more knowledgeable, but Madara is truly battle-hardened..... If anything....I'd say they float within the same spectrum of power.....

They weren't shown to be anything. They countered his Chibaku Tensei, which he had to use as a distraction so he could get away. If they were very inferior, then he wouldn't need a distraction, he'd simply power through them and swat them like the flies, but he can't.

I just want the ending....i must see it. It makes me even apathetic towards playing around with you like we usually do. And I usually enjoy messing with you. I'm just not excited anymore..... Saying double rinnegan madara is FAR above Naruto/sasuke is incredibly stupid if we go by feats. If it was triple rinnegan madara(with the 3rd eye) I would understand......but double rinnegan madara is not far above naruto/sasuke.
