Sorry, I mean during that time. I still think even right now he's at least close to his strength (assuming he has haki now and mastered his DF).

Well when I'm bored many obscurities cross my mind, and I just had this thought about it, as being a member on other forums, Many poeple have listed that horsy solos him fairly via the OBD scalings, so I wanted to think what NB thinks, anything wrong?

Luffy kicked the sh*t out of him with just armor Haki.

If Rob were to fight with finger flame shot, Hody would be f*cked.

Hordy's just a normal fighter who thinks his unbeatable after abusing drugs. However, Rob lucci has power from his roushuku abilties as well as devil fruit and has the right to act tough. Imagine, rob lucci with haki. He'd be pretty tough right?

Considering, after the beatdown he got and the fall of erness lobby. Spandam blamed the whole failure on CP9 and they all must have bounties right? If anything, rob was the strongest and he'd probably have a bounty of at least 300 million beri whereas, normal fishman hordy very little bounty

The fact that we did not see him since the CP9 mini adventure stuff and no,I will not just asume he got stronger even if it is more then likely.Even so we have no knowledge of how much stronger he got so again pointless,thats why its more accurate to judge on his former self then just guess his current strength...

I thought I was the only one who saw how unreal it is that 90% of the pple here are using an ussumption as though its fact as an opponent I will agree he was Luffy's toughest match but you cant say he cld handle Hody at his strongest from what we saw of Lucci in EL Hody takes it mid diff. ATS(after timeskip) I hype Lucci to b stonger than Hody so mid to high seeing as there is nothing on ATS Lucci but I think if he fights Luffy right now it wont b as close a fight as in EB, Luffy takes it (upper) mid-just shy of hard diff.
