They haven't released a date, but it will be sometime soon. Desolation of Smaug's trailer was released in early/mid June so Battle of Five Armies' should be coming out soon too. I hope in 1/2 weeks.

I don't think so. Smaug shouldn't last 20 minutes into the movie if they follow the book correctly.

I know, that's why I'm asking. There was a pic on FB with Smaug in the battle of the 5 armies, made me mad.
