itachi gave the naruto shisuis eye hoping that it would be used against sasuke but when it was used against him he destroyed it so it wouldnt fall into the wrong hands (kabuto , tobi)

I'm happy for you. But the power was the Kota Amatsukami. The power was the eye he embed in that crow. The eye was Shisui's eye which had the power of Kota. It was not really a power, more like a weapon to be used against Sasuke.

Itachi originally gave it to Naruto so that when he confronted Sasuke it would activate. Koto Amatsukami would activate on Sasuke's eyes and convince him to protect Konoha.

Instead, Itachi used it on himself to free himelf from Edo Tensei. He used it on himself so he could deal with Kabuto and the Edo Tensei being used on the other shinobi.

He burned Shisui's eye afterwards so that it wouldn't fall into the wrong hands

Depends on what you mean by "after they fought". they fought multiple times but in the latest one, it would be (this is what I think he gained):
