It seems like Hitto is insanely haxed. He also somewhat distorted reality when he defeated Frost. In episode 38, its shown that Hit is performing super fast pressure point attacks on Vegeta, so damn fast that not even Whis or Vados are able to perceive his combat speed.

Hit might be Stopping Time over a small area, that would explain how he's able to be un-noticed by even Whis and Vados, who are undeniably the strongest characters so far. Let's say the technique he used on Frost that cracked the world and screwed up the colours around him was the area in which he can stop time.

How the hell is Monaka supposed to fight this guy? Not even pretending Goku has a chance here.
