This double standard has been around for ages.
I don't think it's fair for a woman to lay her hands on a man regardless of whether or not she can do any real damagage. But I do understand the biological differences between men and women and wailing on a female is a definite no-no.
It's stupid either way. Use your words, not your hands. Any woman that strikes a man should expect a punch in return. I don't feel comfortable with that, but it IS fair.
