Blonde hair that is tied into pony-tail that falls just below his shoulders on his back.
Though the picture displays yellow eyes, his eyes are blue.
Also though the picture depicts him with gloves, he does not wear them during battle because of the interference they could have with summoning.
He wears the “mini-jacket” that is displayed in the picture, under which he wears a fish-net pattern, mesh shirt which is worn by most shinobi. The pants are black and pretty much other-wise featureless.
He wears a belt that holds three pouches on the back that can be used to hold shuriken or scrolls.
When traveling he wears a red over-jacket/traveling cloak with the symbol of Takigakure on the back as seen here.
Personality: He is a kind enough fellow that rarely bothers himself with unnecessary displays of emotion. He usually remains calm in most situations (battle, conversation.) and is usually indifferent when his opinion is asked of He is always polite to strangers that have given him no reason to be hostile.

Background Info.
History: Hitoshi came from a complacent family in Takigakure. Hitoshi grew up watching his father, who was a guard to the village elders, use his water techniques, though his father insisted that Hitoshi should become a farmer so that he could enjoy having a family, though whenever his father would talk about this, there would be a strange sadness in his tone. He spent most of his childhood imitating the sparring of the guards and few ninja that existed in the village, with some of the other Takigakure children. At the age of fifteen he decided that there was no future for him as a ninja in a such a small village and decided to leave for Kirigakure to seek a sensei. As he was packing his things, he was stopped by his father who asked him what he was doing. After Hitoshi told him, his father seemed to be proud. Though his father had always wanted him to have a family, he was proud that his son wanted to follow him on the honorable path of living as a shinobi. He gave Hitoshi a red traveling cloak/jacket that he had worn in his younger days and sent him on his way with some food.
Other He likes turtles. But no more than the next guy.
