[Question] Hitman Reborn! (Manga )

Okay, so I started reading this and it seems really good and it has a lot of potential. I'm at chapter 23 but it's starting to look like this is one of those manga where there is no story, but just random events happening with no connection to each other. Is that true or will the story get more serious, get character development and some sort of a villain ?

you have to wait abit getting up to characters developments it abit slow at start but will get good in the middle or so

Yeah, same problem I had, except I watched the anime. I thought, "Is the whole show like this?" I mean I had no problem with that funny stuff, but I wanted to see real action. The real action starts a bit later though, I think around chapter 40 or episode 20. But yeah, then you see some epic stuff start. It keeps getting better after that, especially in the manga. Gawd, I love it. ||D
