The fact that Hitler is in history books means he was a "Great" man. Great doesnt equal good. He brought Germany out of a hyperinflation/super great bust in 4 years. He made Germany a Superpower. He remade the German army. He was thee most influential person in Germany. He brought great advancement in medicine. He brought down the British empire to its knees. He literally 1v6-7 countries..... and won those battles. He showed that punishing the country before by completely depleting it[WW1] will have after affects.
He would have won the war if he hadn't made two mistakes.

My point exactly.

The Nazis saw him as a good guy.

Well that's not untrue. Morality is subjective as well. The majority of people will say that people who induce genocide are evil though.

Very true, it all depends on perspective I suppose.

Define great?
If it's greatness to gain power and make it into history books by abusing it, then I guess you're right? But then, you can't even compare him to real great persons like Gandhi u.u However, people admire many historical persons, especially warlords who conquered huge areas- even though it means killing thousands. So , then I guess Hitler with his responsibility for the death of millions, is great.

You know he also saved the country, right?

Ok...and?That has nothing to do with my statement. He also tarnished Germanys reputation, sent young boys and old men to their death when the russians surrounded berlin and allowed his people to be raped. In fact Germany wouldve been in the exact same situation that they were in before hitler took over had the UN not been formed and helped with the relief effort

Great meaning: adjective
1.
of an extent, amount, or intensity considerably above the normal or average.
2.
of ability, quality, or eminence considerably above the normal or average.

noun
1.
a great or distinguished person.

I really can define a word that is already defined. Hitler is great. What you are talking about is completely different.

Plenty of countries send young boy and old men to their death.

USA does that. Heck they still recruit young kids...... Even when they are under age to drink; you can become a soldier and fight for your "Nation"

Also UN knew if they did the same thing they did in WW1; a new Hitler would be born. It was a life lesson for the history of Europeans. Also like i mentioned before; Hitler the great got Germany out of poverty into a SUPERPOWER in 4 years. How many leaders in the world have done that?

Actually, Hitler made some great economic decisions that brought Germany out of their recession after WW1. After that, he was probably kidnapped by aliens and morphed into the abomination we know him as today.
