Hitler is one of the most famous people, Times even made his Man of the Year when the war still going on.
He's in hundreds of games and movies,.. so, Yeah. Maybe.

I would also nominate Darwin, Einstein, Michael Jackson, Elvis Presley, and JFK.

Jesus is just the most famous fictional character.

Hitler was a fine man and a honored soldier untill he got corrupted. From then on it was just downhill untill he became a disgrace as a man.

I wouldn't say that, he contemplated killing his mother when he was at the age of 10.

Top 5 most famous people of all time (In my opinion)(No religious figures)

5. Abraham Lincoln

4. Isaac Newton

3. Leonardo da Vinci

2. William Shakespeare

1. Adolf Hitler

If religious figures were involved, none of these five would make the list.

So if we disregard Jesus cause of the obvious real or fake issue would you agree he is the most known person throughout the world?

If not who would it be?
Also what are the general thoughts you have on Hitler?
Its obvious that 99.9% will say he is pure evil and all that and I agree but what do you think about Germanys stand in the world while he was in charge? He did bring a few good things to Germany when he was on top bringing it from poverty and all that.

Basicly I just want to hear your thoughts on Hitler?

I actually would not, Hitler is pretty (In)famous in both Europa and in America but not everywhere.

I'm pretty sure both Ghandi and Djengis Khan is more famous that Hitler.

I wouldn't say Famous, I would say Notorious, as the connotation from his "fame" is negative. cuz Hitler is one of the most insane/wicked people in history

He very well could be, most Americans know and learn a good deal about him...

I'd assume it's the same with Canadians and Europeans.

Also, I hear he's real popular with the jews. Hitler did in fact do something no other man could do. Kill Hitler! So, the Jewish people should prob's get onto thanking Hitler for killing Hitler 'n all. What a hero...

Jesus most certainly did exist.

To deny the existence of Jesus as at the very least a normal human is no different than denying the existence of any historical figure from that time period or earlier.

Hitler was a brilliant leader, and a fantastic speaker, too bad he used those qualities for evil :|

What are you on about? Check with any authentic ancient historian, the person of jesus christ did exist. Every serious academic agrees with this. Its not just the bible, roman ruins and accounts of pontius pilate and independent jewish records are proof of that.
Jesus most certainly did exist.

Yes he is probably the most famous person in history. Him and probably Einstein with Einstein being synonymous with genius and Hitler with evil in the modern world. My opinion about Hitler is debatable and controversial. Hitler did conduct some very unforgivable actions in regards to the Holocaust. However he was also in some ways an excellent leader. He pulled Germany out of the biggest recession in history (but it was temporary and to prepare the country for another war). He also restored pride into the German name and raised patriotic attitudes which was good for the distressed country. His views regarding the US and the UK and to a lesser extent the USSR for the time was actually for the most part true. He also played out the war in a very intelligent manner (albeit they would've lost without his excellent generals) up until 1942 during Operation Barbarossa. Anyhow, he was a good leader but a bad man.

That's not very controversial... I think most people have the same opinion
