So in episode 40 Hit kept improving his timeleap.
However it was not specified in what way he improved it.
The first improvement in ep 40 was when he dodged Goku his Kamehameha punch at the last moment (timeleap still looked green here).
Afterwards when both were standing up from the Beerus and Champa statues and flying up, Hit used a red timeleap.
In this one Goku couldnt move, unlike in episode 39, where Goku moved through timeleap with 10x kaioken + SSJblue.
There seemed to be some freeze particles in his ep 40 teamleaps.
Near the end when Goku asked to remove the rules, Hit asked if Goku isnt afraid of dying if that happens. Goku answered with that Hit's next attack isnt gonna connect.
If this is true than Goku can still deal with the new teamleap improvement.
