1) it's a manga where people can be revived by edo tensei, outer path, oro can come back like no tomorrow.. etc there are many ways he could of survived.

It was a gap of 1 year depending on what happened after he survived a lot can happen in a year.

He got whooped by guy when he was like 6-7. When he unlocked his sharingan at 13 he was a boss as seen in my sig.

It all seems a bit shady but it's not like the things you stated are impossible. Only kishi can fill in the gaps

he did not fight minato at 14 he was 21 or 20 becuase the same ep you see kakashi and guy at about 17,18,19 kakashi wearing his new ANBU uniform and guy says " BRING IT ON NINE TAILS IL BE YOUR OPPONENT" shortly after they were both summoned by the 3rd hokage, the others i cant explain until kishi will let me by releasing the data.

maybe not so much the whole clans but some of the shining leaders i.e madara/izuna and hashirama/tobirama
itll be hard to believe that hashirama could take madara and izuna who was said to be his equal in every way, so i think tobirama was on par with hashirama and also the two uchiha brothers
