So when Boruto about 14 hell go on a trip with sasuke for years and come back like 48 months later.

Sasuke will be killed on a mission just like jiraiya.

Well it depends. If Sasuke dies,and the story continues to go on for awhile than it would most likely be way less interesting.

But if he dies at the very end of the story then that would be different cause the stories over.
