*Hearing Pain's words, the masked man takes no heed of his demands. After discovering Akatsuki's true aims, he knew the organization had finally outlived its usefulness to him.*
Kakuzu: I've grown weary of your orders. I will no longer serve under a mere child who cannot fully control nor comprehend the situation he's gotten himself into. You assume you're the master puppeteer, but like the rest of us you are an insignificant puppet in the grand scheme of things. If you wish to be an unnecessary obstacle to the destruction of Akatsuki...then so be it.
*Before confronting Pain, Kakuzu made sure he acquired as much Intel as he could, preparing himself for anything the man could throw his way. Through observation alone he gathered that the six bodies he was/controlled seemed to possess a shared field of vision, not to mention get a basic understanding of the abilities of each of the "paths". Each and every one of them possessed a fundamental weakness which could be exploited, however the one known as Deva seemed to be the most dangerous of them all. His powers extend to manipulating gravity itself, making for a very formidable opponent.*
Pain stares at Kakuzu as he speaks, their bodies cold and unmoving like statues. Elsewhere, a red-haired man sitting in a dark room clenches his fist. Then Deva speaks in his regular monotone.
Deva: I will not allow anyone to stop my progress toward true peace. Your life ends today.
The paths quickly enter a new formation, preparing themselves for battle.
*Removing a pre-prepared scroll from his pouch, Kakuzu infuses his doton chakra into the scroll whilst slamming it onto the ground in front of him to cause the design on it to manifest itself in reality, with a massive dome forming around himself and Pain, so to trap the all of them within its solid confines. The walls emerge from the ground a good distance from the Akatsuki member's position, so to prevent him from using an electrical current to negate the walls rising up. The diameter of the dome itself is thirty meters and once completely formed, is pitch-black inside making it impossible to see the opponent. This earthen structures serves the purpose of robbing all of the path's of their eye sight, negating the benefit they gained from a shared field of vision. As he does this, he releases his Fuuton and Suiton masks from his back and instructs the creatures to take up a position above and behind his own position, so to provide aerial support should the need arise.
As the dome constructs itself, Kakuzu releases a mass of dark threads into the ground below via the soles of his feet. These threads instantly surface beneath the Naraka and Animal path's respective feet, forcefully yanking his body deep into the ground below, the masked man making sure to bury both paths in an inescapable and narrow hole, before constricting these same threads to the extent they slice their lifeless flesh, leaving their bodies in multiple pieces of serrated skin and bone, effectively incapacitating both paths and putting them out of commission for the remainder of the battle. None of the other paths would be aware of their comrade's disappearance as Kakuzu makes sure to do to execute the attack swiftly and silently (the threads being fed into the ground and emerging isn't heard). The threads emerge as soon as the dome is fully constructed, so the inside of the structure is completely devoid of light.*

When Kakuzu slams his hand on the scroll, Deva points his hand at him and pulls him towards Pain using his gravitational abilities. Deva's hand directs Kakuzu in a large upward arc as Animal claps his hands together, summoning a giant ox in front of him that is already charging towards the airborne Kakuzu. During this, Asura, running to Kakuzu's left a mid range distance from him, pulls on his left arm and reveals four missiles which protrude from his arm, ready to fire whenever he needs them. Deva then ends his technique as the Ox closes in on Kakuzu, ramming him with all it's might into the dome wall behind him which actually breaks on impact. If Kakuzu has any hearts released at the time, they are crushed along with Kakuzu.
(Bensho Ten’in) - Universal Pull

Description: The user is able to use Deva Paths gravitational abilities to pull something to them. The user will use his hands to focus the direction and the target his wishes to pull towards him. Unlike Shinra Tensei, this technique isn't an omnidirectional effect but rather a precise one. The user is able to pull anything he can perceive towards him. In certain uses, the user will be able to direct the pulled target as its being pulled into large arc-like movements, but will always end up pulling them towards him. The technique follows the same nature of Shinra Tensei but used on a focused manner and instead of pushing, pulling the enemy.
Note: Once used, takes 1 turn cool down to use gravitational related techniques again.

(Kuchiyose no Jutsu: Kyojin Oushi) - Summoning Technique: Giant Ox

Description: With an appearance similar to a normal ox, this summon has a number of body piercings, along with Rinnegan. This summon, by its sheer size possessed a great deal of brute strength. Also, because it has Rinnegan eyes, it possessed a field of shared vision with Nagato. It has a high resistance to damage, being able to shrug off attacks of B rank and below and can once per battle ram and break through up to an S-Rank physical technique.
Note: can only be summoned by Uzumaki Nagato and 6 Paths of Pein bios.

(Kaiwan Misairu no Jutsu) - Flaming Arrow Missiles Technique

Description: Using the Asura Path's abilities, the user is able to create missiles from his body that can be launched at the opponent. The selected body part will open up and revealing "missile bays", from which the missiles will shoot up. These missiles home in to the targets chakra signature and can track multiple targets. The user is able to produce up to 4 missiles.
Note: Can only be used by rinnegan bios.
Note: Requires the user to have the (Shuradō) - Asura Path active.
*Immediately after slamming his scroll upon the floor, Kakuzu feels an unknown force pulling his body in the direction of the paths. In response to this, he begins releasing a mass of dark threads from the soles of his feet which quickly extend towards the ground behind him, burrowing deep into it, nullifying Deva's pull since the masked man is now firmly rooted in the ground, much like a sturdy tree. The moment the threads burrow into the ground below, he uses them to silently travel underground and emerge beneath the Naraka path, resuming his plan of pulling the furthest path from him deep into the floor, so not to be seen again. Simultaneously as he extends the threads towards the ground, Kakuzu releases his Wind and Water masks from his body, swiftly instructing them to release techniques of their own to counter the incoming animal and projectiles. He isn't sure of what the attacks are exactly, but using his sense of sound, he assumes its one of the Animal's paths summons and a generic projectile-based attack along with it. As Kakuzu retracts himself backwards, the Water mask gushes an immense amount of water in the direction of the paths, hoping to flood his helpless foes, as well as block, destroy and dislodge the incoming missiles.
In time with the Water Mask, the wind creatures exhales a crushing wave of wind towards your summon's body, knocking it towards the paths with an incredible amount of force. The Ox swiftly lands on the Six paths of pain, crushing them due to its sheer weight. This is done so the path of the water technique is completely unchanged, allowing it to form into a massive sphere of water around Kakuzu, his masks and the paths.*

(Fūton: Shinkū Taigyoku) – Wind Release: Vacuum Great Sphere

The left one targets the real heart, the back one the fire heart, and the right one the lightning heart. Then, as the attacks are released and the summon is blown away, it disappears and Deva launches a huge whirlwind from his fist to lessen the impact of the water. At the same time Animal summons a giant crab beneath himself which is engulfed by the water along with the rest of the paths. The crab then swims to the surface of the water, watching you.

*With his threads firmly rooted in the ground, Kakuzu begins sensing fairly small vibrations from the ground in the immediate vicinity around him. The fact that his threads are rooted underground further contribute to this effect, notifying him that an earth-based technique will be surfacing from the ground momentarily. Judging by the small magnitude of the generated vibrations, the masked man is inclined to believe its a fairly weak technique and so can be neutralized by a slightly high ranked one. Performing the snake handseal, Kakuzu utilizes his doton chakra to harden his skin to the extent it takes on a diamond-like quality, capable of neutralizing all physical attacks and preventing attacks leaving a dent, scratch or mark on his body. As he does this, he jumps upwards so to cause only his lower body (his legs) to clash with the pillars, as well as allowing himself to balance himself on the tips of the earthen creations as they come together in a triangular formation. In time with all of this, Kakuzu's water and wind masks merge their respective bodies together to form into a massive pitch black threaded dragon capable of rivaling Pain's summons in size. The dragon immediately strikes its spiked tail into the roof of the rocky dome, allowing a beacon of light to illuminate the pitch-black contents of the dome. This allows Kakuzu and his dragon to regain sight of their aggressors and co-ordinate their attacks more efficiently.
Whilst this happens, the dragon begins flapping its wings at an alarming rate to cause multiple tornadoes to form not too far from its own position. The tornadoes continuing moving in the general direction of Pain,whilst rapidly sucking a massive quantity of water into itself as it travels (from the dome), causing for the creation of five mobile hurricane-like whirlpools which begin converging on the Rinnegan users. The tornadoes quickly draw in Deva and his paths, causing them to be trashed about in the most violent manner possible. The path's lungs and bodies are quickly filled up with water, the spiraling motion of the tornado serves to disorientate them and the insane pressure of the water crushing their bodies with indiscriminate wrath.

(Masuku Doragon Yuugou) – Masked Dragon Fusion

Description: Whilst only two of Kakuzu’s masks are outside of his body, he can cause those two masked demons to merge their bodies together to replicate the shape of a black winged dragon. The dragon itself is roughly 15 meters in length but relatively thin in width (about five meters in width). Both natures possessed by each dragon can still be used individually as well as simultaneously, as the dragon possess two masked faces. The dragon, like all masked creatures is capable of flight and the user can ride on its back. The dragon's wing span is 10 meters and also possess a tail composed entirely of spiked threads which can be used for physical attacks.
Pyro Dragon
This is based on the Wind + Fire masks merging together, which can simultaneously use Wind + Fire for devastating Katon attacks.
Hydro Dragon
This is based on the merging of the Wind and Water masks, which can simultaneously use Wind + Water for high pressure Suiton attacks.
Surge Dragon
This is based on the Water and Lightning masks merging together, allowing it to simultaneously use Water + Lightning for electrified Suiton attacks.
Steam Dragon
This is based on the Fire and Water hearts merging together, this dragon is capable of simultaneously using Katon and Suiton from its respective mouths.
Scorch Dragon
This fusion is based on the merging of the Fire and Lightning hearts, with this dragon being capable of using Katon and Raiton simultaneously from its respective mouths.

When Kakuzu's masked dragon breaks the top of the dome surrounding them and allows sunlight to illuminate the area, Pain sees clearly what you have created and watch as the dragon launches five tornadoes at them through the water. Maintaining his calm demeanor, Deva holds his hands out and repulses everything in front of the paths in Kakuzu's direction. This repulsion extends to mid range and the great force behind it causes a huge tidal wave to form and slam into Kakuzu and the dragon after the tornadoes have been repelled. The wave would smash him into the side of the dome behind them, practically flattening him before that side of the dome shatters and collapses. Meanwhile on Pain's side, the leftover water spreads out to a low level, making it easy for the paths to move to the surface and gather on top of the giant crab who starts moving towards you. Upon meeting with the others, Human transforms into a kunai held by Asura who prepares another four missiles on another arm. The paths watch every direction so they could have the largest field of vision possible.
Deva: You greatly overestimate yourself. No matter how long you have lived, you are still merely a man.
(Shinra Tensei) - Divine Punishment

Description:
Using the Deva Paths abilities to manipulate gravitational forces, the user will repulse and push away anything around him up to a given range, in all directions, producing an omni-repulsion effect. The force and repulsive effect is absolute, affecting both energy and matter alike. The technique itself can be used with different ranges/sizes, depending on how much chakra the user spends for the technique and can even, in its smaller form, be sustained, forming a static defensive field instead of a wave-like effect.
Shōkibo - Small Scale: the user will push away anything around him up to short range. The offensive power in this size is not that high as it hits opponents but can still do severe damage. It isn't, however, fatal, boasting a physical 40 damage. If the user focuses this ability with the help of his hands he can sustain a defensive absolute repulsive field around him. He can't, however, do any technique while he is sustaining it and he can only sustain it for 2 turns. Once used, takes one turn cool down to use gravitational related techniques again. Chūkibo - Medium Scale: the user will push away anything around him up to mid range. The offensive power in this size is severe, sending opponents flying backwards with enough force to, if not defended properly, leave near fatal physical damage. Although not directly fatal, the technique boasts a physical damage of 80. If the user focuses this ability through one or both hands, he can push away a specific target or technique alone, instead of producing the normal omni-repulsive wave. Once used, takes 2 turns cool down to use gravitational related techniques again.
Ōkibo - Large Scale: the user will push away anything around him up to long range. The offensive power of the technique is devastating and anything in its path that doesn't manage to defend properly is left obliterated. Its fatal if unguarded, boasting a physical damage of 160. Using this techniques poses a great deal of danger to the user as he damages his chakra pathway itself to be able to mold sufficient chakra to perform it. Once used, the user loses the use any gravitational related techniques for the remainder of the fight and is unable to mold chakra for techniques above A-Rank for 5 turns.
Note: the technique is immune to normal Elemental Weaknesses and Strengths and as such can't be blocked or stopped. However, the enemies can still use techniques that prevent or reduce physical damage to their bodies to survive its effects or escape its range through a fast enough technique. This means that in the large scale, while the technique can't be stopped or directly countered, enemies can still manage to survive if the logically counter.

The selected body part will open up and revealing "missile bays", from which the missiles will shoot up. These missiles home in to the targets chakra signature and can track multiple targets. The user is able to produce up to 4 missiles.

*Upon seeing the huge shock wave sent forth by Deva's hand, for a mere moment in time Kakuzu is in complete awe at the sheer power of the technique. As the tidal wave descends on him and his masks, he channels his doton chakra throughout his body to manifest a sturdy armour comprised entirely of rock and stone capable of taking the full brunt of the colossal formation of water. As he does this, his threaded dragon lifts both of its immense wings and brings them up towards its face, seeking to prevent its fairly fragile masked faces from being shattered by the attack. This measure doesn't minimize the damage caused by the gravitational technique, but instead prevents it from proving to be lethal for the masks. Since the creatures possess no blood, vital organs (apart from those contained in the masks) or rigid body structures such as bones, their flexible bodies aren't hurt the same way a normal person would be by such an attack.
Shortly after this, the pair are forcefully slammed through the walls of the earthen dome, causing it to collapse and let out a large quantity of water in the process. Quickly regaining his composure, the masked man discards the armour and performs a single handseal whilst focusing his doton chakra into the floor, causing the ground around the six paths to take on a thick, adhesive and mud-like consistency. The moment the swamp begins to form, it quickly makes contact with the water directly above it, creating for an even denser mixture of mud and water which binds them even more strongly. The creation of the massive swamp acts both as an offensive measure as well as an apt distraction, which allows the threaded dragon to recover and take to the skies above.
Not stopping his assault there, Kakuzu quickly pulls out the same topography scroll he used to construct the dome earlier and quickly adds a new addition to it. After scrawling on his new feature, he releases his doton chakra into it whilst slamming it upon dry ground. Almost instantly, spikes protrude from every point on the walls surrounding and above the path's positions, seeking to impale, crush and trap them, locking down all possible methods of escaping the adhesive swamp.*

Description: The user will first perform Boar → Tiger and then by changing the surface of an object beneath an enemy into mud and creating a non flammable swamp, the user can sink his enemy into the mud. The adhesive, chakra-infused mud ensnares the enemy's body, making it almost impossible to recover one's strength and escape from the swamp. The size and depth of the created swamp depends on the user's skill and the amount of chakra used, but if the user is an expert in this technique, it will always be possible to make a fair-sized swamp which is extremely effective against a great number of enemies or when having to face gigantic creatures.

You're still standing on a fairly thin layer of water, i'm on dry ground now and we're still mid-range from each other.
While watching part of the dome shatter magnificently, the feeling of success just doesn't come. Kakuzu was well known for his tenacity. If this was all it took to kill him, the "Immortal", then he wasn't Akatsuki material at all. As Kakuzu sheds his armor, Deva forms a row of handseals and gathers water behind Kakuzu in the shape of a large wolf-like beast. The beast leaps at Kakuzu and swipes at him with its claw which blasts him forward along with a torrent of water released from the claw. With no time between, it then fires forceful stream of water that blasts Kakuzu even closer to Pein and into his own swamp.

Description: The user after performing the Dog → Horse → Monkey → Ram and by manipulating a pre-existing water source and transforms it into a giant wolf-like beast. The beast can launch powerful streams of water from its mouth equivilant to B rank, or sweep the area with its claws to let a powerful torrent of water to wash away the enemies.
Note: The Water Beast remains active for three turns
As the Pein witnesses the water below them becoming dark and the giant crab under them begins sinking, Deva summons a rising gust of air beneath the paths to raise them 15 ft above the swamp and keep them there.

Description: The user summons an upward wind current in order to halt the decent of falling objects or lift objects into the air. The scale, strength, and duration of the current can be customized depending on the task to be performed. Although the current cannot be changed once created, it may be cancelled whenever the user desires. This technique is capable of hovering a giant summoning animal above the ground but cannot lift it very high.

*As water particles in the air begin to clump together behind Kakuzu's position to begin forming into a wolf-like creature, Raizu (his sword on his back) notifies its owner of this occurrence. In response to his new found knowledge, the masked man performs a single handseal whilst releasing his doton chakra into the ground below to cause a sizable earthen dragon to emerge directly beneath the water beast, lifting up the watery creation, carrying it away from Kakuzu before moving in an upward arc above Kakuzu, narrowly avoiding him and continuing onto the airborne paths. Early on through its flight, the dragon reaches its maximum height in the sky and begins descending on Pain with an unimaginable level of force. The angle of the dragon's descend is so steep that it "drops" the water beast onto Pain, as if it was a plane releasing bombs onto the enemy.
As this happens, Kakuzu's threaded dragon splits back into the two individual masks and re-integrate into his body. Soon after regaining the use of the two elements, he causes a massive whirlpool to form directly beneath the gale of wind suspending the path's in the air above. From this spiraling formation of water, multiple bullets are fired directly upwards into the gale of wind, breaking through the platform (ending your technique), whilst striking into the path's themselves. The water then forms into a massive dragon above them, forcefully knocking them into the adhesive swamp below.*
