I mean Hisoka is kinda out matched in my opinion, since chrollo did fight Zeno and Silva Zoldyck at the same time and managed to survive. And I honestly couldn't see Hisoka surviving a fight against those two. Then again almost every battle Hisoka's been in he's treated as a game. For now, I think chrollo is stronger.
But Hisoka might have improved ever since the greed arc so it's hard to know for sure

Strength, Hisoka clearly has this in the bag, transmution are closer to enhancement than specialist.

Chrollo nen power is better in combat, he can use nen powers he stole from other people, in hxh world that is OP. Hisoka nen powers bungee gum and tacture surpise are not that impressive, however they enforce his deadly, sneaky and brilliant mindgames. And thats how he won from Kastro who also had better nen powers. Hisoka fooled Chrollo hard during the Yorknew city arc, Hisoka can simply outsmart him.

Hisoka is my favorite character but I think Chrollo would win. Zeno said that Chrollo could have killed him if he actually tried. Assuming Chrollo wasn't tying to steal Hisoka's power, he would win. If he was, Hisoka would probably win.

Hmmmmm, tough question.

We have never seen either of them fight seriously. Hisoka seems very confident in his ability to defeat Chrollo and he is well aware of Chrollo's abilities.
For this reason I'm gonna go with Hisoka, Chrollo doesn't seem too eager to fight him one on one.

Both are really strong so it would make for a great fight
