Looks: Hisoka's appearance is similar to that of a magician or jester. He is tall and has light skin and a fairly toned stature. His attire is usually adorned with various suit symbols on the front and back torso, and he changes outfits alot. He wears face paint: a star on his right cheek and a teardrop on his left cheek. He is shown wearing two earrings with ornamental hearts. His hair is red, almost neon pink color with light amber eyes. Hisoka wears custom made ZX Busters but these boots/shoes has a special fuuin seal on it that allows him to use his Bubble Gum Ninjutsu. He wears gloves that has this same seal on it and utilized the same way but he doesn't need the gloves to use ZX Buster since he is a master of the style but this is just to use his Bungee Gum technique seals this wouldn't hinder his usage either. Hisoka has the Chains on his legs to use his Chainsaw Arts
Personality: Hisoka is portrayed as entirely self-serving, self-absorbed, and selfish; they do whatever they likes as long as it pleases their-selves in some way. They are insatiable love for spilling the blood of powerful fighters in combat and they feel enjoyment of extreme pain while doing so fuels his seemingly sadomasochistic desires. In order for them to grow to their full potential (so as to improve the pleasure of killing them later), Hisoka allows their opponent to live in situations wherein they are easily able to kill them. Likewise, they grow excited to meet any new people they deems worthy of fighting or anyone with potential to be a good fighter and entertain their in the future. The thrill of fighting strong Shinbois in tactical battles and near death experiences is a orgasmic experience for them. It is likely one of the reasons why they go out of their way to find new "toys" to play with. If they break, they will either loses interest or kills them and goes out to find more potential prey.
With his manipulative and self-centered nature, Hisoka is essentially a murderous sociopath. While he does like Gon, Killua, and many others, he has stated that for them what is valuable one day could easily become trash the next, and he will not hesitate to kill anyone should they not meet his standards. They do not care for what has happened in the past, as they are only interested in what could be amusing to them in the future or present. While Hisoka's nature tends to be malevolent, he isn't an indiscriminate killer. They have no problems killing anyone regardless of age or ***; however, he only kills people who are in their way or those they deems "worthy." As such, they character is more simply amoral than flat out evil. They even assists the protagonists if there is "fun" in doing so or if it will make them stronger leading to a more entertaining fight in the future. Above all else, Hisoka cares only about having fun and a good challenge which may or may not involve killing people. He also can be a whimsical liar and has a tendency to freak out or play cruel jokes on their victims, just witnessing their uncomfortable expressions of them getting under their skin pleases them. He is chaotic nature is inherent in everything they do and makes them dangerously unpredictable.

Hisoka history is as followed based on what he has told.
Hisoka's past is never explored or known. He is enigma that speaks little of his past, because he is uninterested in it. Hisoka has some kind of robotic trick ability and only thing he is known for.

- Capable of using multiple ( 2 ) CW and all Scientific Ninja Tools in one event/battle
- Cyborgs are able to have two Advanced Ninjutsu.
- Cyborgs have five additional custom technology slots, as well as the ability to submit more advanced technology than the standard shinobi.
- Because of their cyborg enhancements, they do not need to carry ninja tools, or any Custom Technology that they create, being able to incorporate it into their own bodies (within reason). For example, if the user made a firearm CT, they could have it housed in a hidden compartment in their wrist, or a chakra blade which emits itself from the user's arms, etc.
- Due to the cybernetic enhancements to their body, Cyborgs have increased durability ( immunity to C rank and below physical attacks and -25 damage from up to S rank physical damage ) and strength ( +20 damage to Taijutsu ). However, due to this enhancement, they are also more vulnerable to Lightning jutsu, increasing the damage done to cyborgs by 20 damage. Energy based attacks deal the same amount of damage.

Description: Bungee Gum is a fuuin seal that is used by a bubble gum user that is placed on their shoes and gloves. The user activates these seals(one at a time or multiple at once depends on the situation of the technique they want to use) passively and releases out chakra infused bubble gum to use the gum on his glove(s), finger(s) of the gloves, and shoes. This allows the user to use Bubble Gum techniques without having to blow the gum from their mouth and gives them more of an unique way of using Bubble Gum techniques. At this point the user can use their mouth, gloves, and shoes to use Bubble Gum techniques. The user can deactivate the technique passively also.
