He was supposed to training for it and Kensei said he lost against Mighty mask without showing the result of his bankai training.

Naw thoes three without RG training are fairly weak an not on the Quincy level an rukia don't seem so strong compared to these Quincy she barely beat asnodt, her bankai is dangerous to her an I doubt she can use it with an ally close by heck even her shikai is kinda dangerous for her to use..an I see gee gee controlling one of them if that's his power.
