I know that this is out of the topic since most people now care about the madara s*** but there's sumthng that I want to say so read this guys....
For Naruto to become Hokage he has to be a little less reckless right???? So if that's the case then if Naruto awakens the rinnegan "maybe"
his recklessness will disapear and will be smart because of rinnegan, Well isn't why Kakashi, Sasuke, Itachi and all other sharinganists
smart becoz of sharingan??? So its safe to assume that rinnegan will do the same for Naruto...

Itachi is indeed highly intelligent, but he also got wisdom from his Sharingan being able to read the tablets as his sharingan progressed(it was needed to read the stone tablets)of the uchiha clan....
but kakashi was also smart, but the sharingan bailed him out plenty of times,most of them i think that weve seen..
the Eye helps him read hisopponents movements for a more composed and well positioned manuever...

some of the moves with with rinnegan result in devastation for its surroundings, Pein for example destroying the Leaf.
Planetary Devastation...but Naruto gets the rinnegan , he would be smarter i think and have to plan his abilities out more... he already is creative with improv skills using his shadowclones
