Hmmm.. I don't see how he is the worst kage to tell the truth. Hashirama failed to kill Madara.. Which is why the world is at war. Tobirama made the Uchiha's feel like they didn't belong and you saw what happened. If anything, the third was busy cleaning up others messes while fixing his own. Yes he died.. Seem like the longest living kage to me. His hype is real. I guess you gotta have a tailed beast and eyes from the sage to be special in Naruto now. And he is no where near the weakest kage. Everyone in their prime but him. Kishi nerfed him.
