Sasuke's speed and reflexes are far above Hiruzen's, and all of his base ninjutsu is undeniably superior as well. Sasuke's Katons are bigger than Hiruzen's, and Sasuke's multiple Chidori variants can destroy any Doton defense Hiruzen tries to put up. Chidori spear gives Sasuke the luxury of attacking at mid-range as well. Hiruzen is also vulnerable to Sharingan Genjutsu. Barring perhaps Taijutsu skill, Sasuke is superior in every way.

At best, Hiruzen can try forcing a tie via the death god, and that's assuming Sasuke doesn't kill him before he uses that. And even if that succeeds, it isn't exactly a victory either.

it took hebi Sasuke an entire chapter to beat a weakened Oro and healthy Oro almost died against Hiruzen so I can't see how it's no diff

Sasuke can counter Hiruzen's katons with his own and has shown more katon variants than Hiruzen. Sasuke's raiton variants are superior to Hiruzen's one and only doton technique, the earth wall. He can simply slice it in half with chidori sharp spear. Sasuke can dodge Hiruzen's multiple giant shuriken or simply repel them with his sword.

Emna's cage form isn't protecting Hiruzen against Sasuke's chidori sharp spear because the cage form has holes which Sasuke can attack through. Hiruzen also can't do much against Aoda either. Sasuke could also decide to take flight on his hawk while bombarding Hiruzen with katons and chidori senbon. The smoke created by Sasuke's katons will hide the presence of chidori senbons. If Sasuke is about to be hit by an attack, he can always summon a snake summon to guard against the attack.

Offence wise, Emna is useless because the only thing the monkey can do is close range physical attacks which Sasuke can easily avoid.
