We all know that prime hiruzen is the strongest hokage(manga fact). However, I realised that his power is actually infinite. Of course, I'll prove both right here.
Hiruzen has mastered every jutsu from konoha. Therefore, he knows shinsuusenju, PS, bijuu dama(naruto) and many other techniques. So:

Hiruzen= Hashirama + madara+ naruto + obito(jin and not jin, he is still from konoha) + sasuke + itachi + ...
Hiruzen= All shinobis from konoha together (I)

Ok, so we got equation I that proves that hiruzen is actually the strongest hokage. Now, let's see this: Hiruzen is also a shinobi from konoha, with his own techniques. So, we have to include him in the equation:

Hiruzen= Hiruzen + all other shinobis from konoha (II)

However, let's see this. If Hiruzen= hiruzen + shinobis, then we can replace hiruzen by his value. So, we get:

Hiruzen= Hiruzen + all other shinobis from konoha + all shinobis from konoha
Hiruzen= Hiruzen + 2(all other shinobis from konoha)(III)
