Let's be serous here, neutralizer doesn't actually exists. Hiruzen said he must do something about the third coffin. He didn't even say that he was going to use that jutsu. It was honestly luck that the third coffin was voided due to Minato's soul getting stuck in the RDS.

Yet in that same chapter of the scan you posted, Kabuto actually does indeed confirm that the third coffin was supposed to be Minato and it failed coz of death god seal. You intentionally use selective reading/scan posting to substantiate a nonsense arguement because there is no way you found that scan without reading the rest of what Kabuto said.
