Last time we saw Hiruzen was when he was busy analyzing Obito's black orbs back in chapter 639

Because of all of this! My conclusion is that Hiruzen will be a very important role in trying to counter Obito black orbs. Until at least Orochimaru comes back so he can have a Team Hiruzen reunion. Possible Monkey Sage Mode? Perhaps?

Didnt Minato mention that they wont regen if Obito damages them : Meaning that hes dead by now already ?

Nope! This was before Obito gone into control of the Juubi. Lord Second got hit by the black orbs but came back moments later. This was all before Obito got in control.

Those would be Hashirama and Tobirama clones. Hiruzen was himself when he got hit, so he got demolished.
