So I can't assume Hiruzen's abilities will be what he says they are? Even with all of his abilities, he stated himself to be under Part 1 Orochimaru. Saying that he'll back up his own statement isn't speculation.

Thing is, we got the chance to see a younger Hiruzen when he went up against Kurama and he didn't showcase anything new/impressive. He's my 2nd favourite Hokage and I'd love it if he got a few power-ups but I don't see it happening.

Old Hiruzen admitted that he could not stand up to Part 1 Orochimaru. There's really not much to show.

Let's wait until my precidition about her sage mode comes true.
But anyways, even with her current skills, she is easily in top 20-25. ( top 15 if we use only the currently alive characters ) Which isn't that bad, considering she is a female character in Kishi's manga.

That was more of a back story of the attack on the village that focused more on Minato. Had it been the third hokage who saved the village there would have been more shown.

But then again, he'd still have to resort to RDS (meaning the fight would still be the same). He's not even beating Tsunade. Remember that Hashirama was said to make the Gokage look like nothing, and Tsunade's a part of that team. Don't compare Hashirama and Hiruzen, it's a joke.

You can't say that is the Hiruzen we will see. We were surprised when Nagato was able to use his ability to regenerate to a younger healthier version. Itachi was brought back without sickness. So how do you know Hiruzen was brought back the same as before? Did he say after he was brought back that he was at his weakend state? Again you are speculating off of a single panel that the third hokage we see is the same as before. To go further you attribute his battle with Orochimaru as being his best when many others such as his personal summoning and his own student said that he is basically nothing compared to how he used to. There has been no reason for us not to believe Kishi message saying that Hiruzen full power has yet to be seen.
